THE IDEALEASE FRAUD

Beware of Idealease. In September of 1996, I signed a personal guarantee on behalf of my company
for $5,000 to cover the cost of parts and equipment from Triple T Parts and Equipment.
In 2002, I signed a lease for a truck with Idealease  to lease a truck. I signed as President of my
Corporation. When my corporation failed, I returned the truck, sold the residuals of the company
and the new owner offered to purchase the truck.
Idealease refused to sell the truck and instead sued me with a "fake" personal guaranty, yes fake.
The papers submitted below will show that Idealease and Triple T Parts and Equipment were
separate entities until the year 2004. These files are from the Secretary of State of North Carolina.
In the North Carolina Court of "Justice,"three judges denied me justice. I requested a jury trial. That was
denied. I subpoenaed witnesses and Idealease's attorney, Andy Mcvey, asked that my witnesses
be dismissed. Guess what, the judge dismissed MY witnesses. The gentleman who offered to
purchase the truck was telephoned by Mr. McVey and informed that he did not need to come to
court to testify that he had offered to purchase the truck. God help those seeking justice in the
North Carolina Court system. The three judges who railroaded me and allowed a $28,000 lien on
my home were: Allen Cobb, JW Hooks, and Jerry Braswell.
Andy McVey pursued me relentlessly for the last five years while destroying any hopes that I had
of selling my home and claiming the equity that I needed to start over.
Annual Reports Showing Two Distinctly Different Corporations In 2002
My lease with IDEALEASE
So much for the public confidence in the North Carolina
system. This report rejected by the Secretary of State is
no longer on line.
Idealease asked to rename the Corporation
in 2004.
